Our Story
The Lima Community Foundation started with a simple conviction: that the best moments happen when people gather in a space that feels like it was made for them. Not a chain, not a trend—just a real place in the heart of Lima where the coffee is honest, the drinks are crafted, and the door is always open.
We opened our doors at 101 N Elizabeth St with nothing pretentious to offer but good hospitality and a commitment to being the kind of establishment our neighbors would be proud to call their own. Every detail—from the roast we source to the music we play— is chosen with that question in mind.
The Space
Natural materials, warm light, and a layout that invites you to linger. Whether you're working, catching up with a friend, or simply taking a moment for yourself—the space adapts to what you need.
By day, the café side welcomes laptop workers and casual conversations. As evening approaches, the bar comes alive with a different energy—still welcoming, still yours.
Community
The name isn't accidental. We see ourselves as a pillar of this community— a place that gives back, hosts locally, and treats every person who walks through our door like they matter.
We partner with local artists for rotating exhibitions, host community meetings and fundraisers, and commit a portion of every gathering to supporting Lima-based initiatives. When you visit us, you're part of something larger.
